The cottage features a compact, well-designed kitchen complete with all the cooking tools and implements; two bedrooms and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and thermostatically controlled baseboard heaters. An expansive deck wraps partly around the house, providing a relaxing place to contemplate the surrounding meadow and trees, the clear evening sky, or the deer coming to feed at dawn and dusk.
